State House Advocacy

Raise it for Health: Jan 30th

Join the 'Raise It for Health' campaign at the Indiana State House to highlight the need to raise the cigarette tax to help adults quit smoking, protect youth, and strengthen Indiana businesses. Paid student opportunities available via the Youth Ambassadorship program. Network with other advocates, talk to lawmakers, and help advance the cause of a healthier Indiana for all.

Make your (Mini-) Move

Last call

Be a part of the largest K-12 in-school program INSHAPE has ever launched. This members-only program is a free, year-round program designed to inspire physical activity among Indiana's youth, instilling lifelong healthy habits. Register to receive a free program kit filled with resources to help inspire movement and ignite your students' physical, emotional, and social learning.

First Call for Proposals

Priority consideration

Consider sharing your expertise with others! Anyone in the membership or education field may submit a session proposal. Priority consideration is given to "first call" proposals submitted by February 15, 2019. Subsequent proposals will be accepted depending on available remaining space.

Field Hockey Club

Six week training program

The Crossroads Field Hockey Club is operated by three former Indiana University field hockey players who want to help grow the game of field hockey in Indiana. Their goal is to teach young athletes the game of field hockey in hopes that it will ignite enough interest to start a club team. All skills and ages welcome!

The INSHAPE Leadership Conference is an excellent opportunity for members to participate in the development of future association programs (including the conference), network with other professionals, enhance leadership skills, and learn more about how the organization works.
