Your conference countdown checklist
It's show time. The 2018 state conference at Grand Park begins next week. Get ready to be inspired. Here's what you need to know before you arrive. - Still need to register? While you can register on-site, put yourself in the fast lane by registering in advance. Your pre-registration automatically enters you for all door prizes.
- Download the conference app to your phone for all the conference details at your fingertips.
- There is still time to sign up for the two Sunday (11/4) pre-conference workshops from PLYOGA and OPEN respectively. Both sessions are at Westfield Middle School: 1143 E 181st Street, Westfield, IN 46074 (Door 11).
- Monday and Tuesday (11/5-6) events are at Grand Park Events Center located at 19000 Grand Park Blvd, Westfield, IN 46074. First sessions start at 8:00 a.m. each day. Plan to arrive early to get checked in.
- Score your 500 Festival swag with your RSVP to the 500 Festival 5K Run/Walk on Tuesday, Nov 6. No cost. No worries about the weather. We will be inside. Yes, Grand Park is really that big.
- Meet the speakers, teachers of the year, and exhibiting partners at the Sunday (11/4) reception. Location: Cambria Hotel at Grand Park - 18592 Carousel Lane Westfield, IN, 46074
- Clocks move to standard time on Sunday, November 4th.
- Vote early - Tuesday, November 6th is election day.

Circle Monday (11/5) afternoon on your program schedule for special guest appearances, door prizes, and entertainment.
