Meet Your INSHAPE Leadership

Expanded executive committee

Dear Colleague,

I am happy to report that the future of INSHAPE looks bright. Your board recently amended the bylaws to enlarge the executive committee from five to nine members.

This change allows INSHAPE to expand programs and services. Specially, we are investing more time, talent, and treasure in Mini-Moves, state and local advocacy, events, membership, grants, scholarships, and professional development.

The picture above includes current and aspiring leaders who attended the 2019 annual Leadership Conference last month at the Indianapolis Marriott East.

Who's missing? Perhaps it's you . . . or a valued colleague. I highly encourage you to consider attending next year. Make sure to nudge others who may need an invitation to 'enter the game.'

Not sure how to get involved? Contact Carole DeHaven (INSHAPE President), any board member, or me. The power of association is the ability to do things together that cannot be accomplished individually.

Let's grow together!

Gary Lemke,
INSHAPE Executive Director, Past President

Your Executive Committee and Board of Directors
