INSHAPE has a rich tradition of recognizing bright and selfless professionals. Many advance to the district and national stages. In fact, two 2019 INSHAPE Teachers of the Year are currently candidates for National Teachers of the Year recognition at the SHAPE America convention in Salt Lake City (April 21 - 25).
Most awards do not require a nomination. In fact, only the Legacy and Special Contributor are selected from nominations. All other awards are selected from applications.
For many, the first step is a nudge – a gentle encouragement from a colleague. Take a moment to learn more about INSHAPE awards. If you know candidates, nudge and nominate them. If an award is right for you, please apply.
